## Request

Cached for 30 minutes because a refresh makes ~15 outbound calls across two rate-limited providers. Pass refresh=true to force a re-fetch. Each provider reports its own ok/error so one failing never blanks the other. Apple and Google are covered via RevenueCat — neither store has a list-all API.
