# Create a policy-change notice email (draft)

`POST /api/admin/legal/notice-campaigns`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rewritelifestyle.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Rejected unless effectiveAt is at least 30 days away and both bodies link to /privacy… and /terms…. Nothing is sent until start.

## Request body

- CreatePolicyNoticeCampaignDto
  - `key` string, required: Unique name for this notice
  - `subject` string, required
  - `bodyHtml` string, required: HTML body. The client's copy, as supplied. `{{firstName}}` and `{{effectiveDate}}` are filled in per recipient (no name: "Hi {{firstName}}," becomes "Hi,"). Must link to both the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
  - `bodyText` string, required: Plain-text body. The client's copy, as supplied. `{{firstName}}` and `{{effectiveDate}}` are filled in per recipient (no name: "Hi {{firstName}}," becomes "Hi,"). Must link to both the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
  - `effectiveAt` string, required: When the new version takes effect. At least 30 days after the notice is sent.
