# Place an outbound AI call

`POST /v1/calls`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.revdesk.com`
- URL: `https://api.revdesk.com/v1/calls`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Dispatches a single-leg outbound AI call to the destination. The agent (assistantId, or your most recently created agent) joins over the network and speaks, so the call uses one channel. For a human dial-bridge call from a specific number, use POST /v1/calls/dial.
