# Retrieve a call transcript

`GET /v1/calls/{id}/transcript`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the flat transcript text plus the speaker-diarized `structured_transcript` turns. Requires the `transcripts:read` scope (transcript content is sensitive and gated separately from call metadata). Organizations whose call-content policy pins content to a compliance (HIPAA) boundary receive `403 content_policy_forbidden`. A call with no stored transcript returns `404 not_found`.
