# Enable Number Reputation monitoring

`POST /v1/caller-trust/reputation`

Enables (or re-enables) enterprise-level reputation monitoring via the carrier's reputation provider. Requires an enterprise that has been submitted to the carrier (has a carrier_enterprise_id) and has an LOA document on file. Idempotent on REJECTED status — calling this after rejection replaces the rejected record with a fresh PENDING one.
