# POST /api/slcp/assessments/{id}/history

`POST /api/slcp/assessments/{id}/history`

Record that the caller's company synced an SLCP assessment into the facility company's profile; 201 with the history row. The companies are derived from the caller and the assessment. 404 `not_found` for an assessment the company cannot see, 409 `slcp_assessment_without_facility_company` for one with no facility company. Migrated from the legacy audits-service POST /v1/slcp-assessments/history.
