`GET /api/products/suppliers-and-vendors`

Every company attached to one of the caller's legacy products as a supplier or a vendor, once per role, ordered by name. Removed companies are left out (legacy answered them with a null name). Answers `{ data, metadata }`; legacy answered the bare array.
