`POST /api/orders/readiness`

The send state of each given order for Tracing and CMM: whether it is archived, sent, partly sent, missing data or ready, how many lines are sent, ready and blocked, and which checks block them — judged with the sends' own rules. Optionally each line's state too. Ids the caller cannot see are left out. CMM is null while the CMM integration is off.
