# The certificate-compliance dashboard's historic chart

The approved certificates of the company's suppliers valid on some day between `startDate` and `endDate` (the past year without both), per standard, most first. A certificate without an expiry date never expires; one without an issue date was always issued. `filter` is a JSON-encoded `CertificatesByStandardFilter`; its lists, arrays or comma-separated strings, narrow the count. Days are read in the `x-timezone` header's timezone (UTC without it). Only the company itself or Retraced staff may read it.
