# List the comments on a certificate

`GET /api/claims/list-comments`

## Request

The comment thread of the certificate `claimId`, oldest first, as the caller's company may read it: internal notes are left out, and so are comments filed against a company outside the caller's network. 404 `claim_not_found` if the caller cannot see the certificate. Migrated from the legacy `GET /v3/claims/list-comments`, which answered a bare array and read the network of a `companyId` the client sent; the caller's own company is used now.
