`DELETE /api/claims/{id}`

Deletes (soft) a claim of the caller's own company; 204. 404 `claim_not_found` if the caller cannot see it or it is already removed, 409 `only_company_owner_can_delete_claim` if another company in the network owns it. Migrated from the legacy `DELETE /v3/claims/:id`.
