The companies other than the caller's on the traces of the given purchase orders — each once, in the order the traces reach them. `hasParticipantConnection: true` keeps only those in the caller's network, `false` (the default) only those not yet in it. 400 `invalid_order_id` when any id is not a live purchase order. Used to pick companies to connect as suppliers or to invite to an assessment.
