Sets `order.status` on the caller's purchase orders among `ids` (archived ones included) and on their shadow Order Hub orders, in one transaction. Ids that are not the caller's live purchase orders are skipped; the answer lists the orders changed, in the order asked (empty when none). The partners of each changed order with a tracing link are notified in the background.
