# Get a question template

`GET /api/admin/questionnaires/question-templates/{id}`

One question of the admin question-template library with its answer options and attachment, in the `{ data, metadata }` envelope (legacy answered the bare record). `attachmentFileUrl` is the CDN URL and `originalAttachmentFileUrl` the stored key. Options come back in stored order. 404 `question_template_not_found` for an unknown id (legacy: `not_found`).
