`GET /api/admin/fiber/production-processes/{id}`

One production process by id, of any company (not only the global templates), joined to its product category's name, with `featuredImageFileUrl` CDN-prefixed and the stored key as `originalFeaturedImageFileUrl`. Responds in the `{ data, metadata }` envelope; legacy answered the bare record and also attached the full category as `productCategoryType`, which no screen read. 404 `not_found` for an unknown id.
