Deletes the data-field ↔ impact-area links named in `ids`; unknown ids are skipped. First drops the cached classification views of the impact areas those links point at and of all their ancestors. Takes `{ ids: [...] }` and answers 204; legacy took a bare array at `/bulk-delete` and answered 200 with an empty body.
