# Comment on any company's certificate (admin)

`POST /api/admin/claims/add-comment`

## Request

Adds a comment to a certificate of any company. `isInternalNote` keeps it from the company the certificate belongs to. A missing or removed certificate answers 404 `claim_not_found`. `data` is the stored comment.
