Edits a default (common) question's `title` and/or `hintText` (null clears the hint; an omitted key is kept), stamped with the caller, and answers it as stored with its answer options. 404 `not_found` for an unknown id, a removed question, or a company-owned one. Any other key is a 400: legacy also took `apiFieldIdentifier` (refused when set with 403 `default_question_api_field_immutable`, but a null cleared it) and `isRemoved` (deleting goes through `bulk-remove`). Answers `{ data, metadata }`; legacy answered the bare row without options.
