Legacy `/app/*` URLs — redirect to the prefix-stripped canonical path.

Before the routing-foundation refactor, the frontend was served under
`/app/`. Old bookmarks, search-engine results, and emailed links still
point at `/app/scenario/...`, `/app/pricing`, etc. React Router only
defines the exact `/app` shell route, so those subpaths would otherwise
render the default home view. Strip the prefix and 301 to the real path.
