`GET /comments`

## Request

Cursor-paginated list of the caller's non-deleted comments.

  - `next_cursor` string, nullable, required: Opaque cursor for the next page. `null` when this is the last page.

- `403`: Token lacks the required scope.

- `429`: Rate-limit exceeded for this tier.
