# Get support request state

`GET /support/request/state`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:8446/api/v2`
- URL: `https://localhost:8446/api/v2/support/request/state`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Returns support request state.

  - `id` number, required: Support request timestamp (or 0 in case there is no support request)
  - `progress` string: Support request current step progress (%)
  - `status` string, required: Support request status
  - `error` string: Support request error
  - `agents_errors` object: Failed to receive logs from Agents
  - `agents_errors.agent_id` number, required: Agent ID
  - `agents_errors.code` string, required: Error code
  - `agents_errors.message` string, required: Error message
  - `agents_lost_files` object: Agents log files lost during uploading
  - `agents_lost_files.agent_id` number, required: Agent ID
  - `agents_lost_files.files` object, required: Lost files
  - `agents_lost_files.files.name` string, required: Lost file name
  - `agents_lost_files.files.reason` string: Lost file reason
  - `uploaded_at` number: Timestamp of support request uploading to Resilio (in case auto uploading is enabled)
  - `size` number: Support request package size (bytes)
  - `storage_path` string: Support request directory. This directory is provided in case Management Console failed to archive the collected debug logs
  - `archive_path` string: Support request package path. This path is provided in case Management Console failed to upload the collected debug logs or autoupload is disabled

- `default`: Error response. Depending on the error, either a 4xx or 5xx response status is returned.
