Liquida el pago x402 de una orden y acredita el saldo. Envía el pago
firmado en el header PAYMENT-SIGNATURE (v2) o X-PAYMENT (v1). El facilitador
de Coinbase verifica y liquida (los USDC van a Bitso); luego se acredita el
saldo prepago.
