El cliente apaga una referencia de deposito que no va a pagar.

NO la borra. La fila se queda, la referencia sigue reservada por su
UNIQUE, y si ya habia transferido, subir el CEP la reactiva y se acredita
igual. Ver `fondeo_vida.py` para por que eso no es negociable.
