La consola: verificar un RFC desde el navegador.

Ejecuta y dibuja en un solo viaje. Usa `_auth`, `_requiere_saldo` y
`_cobrar` igual que los endpoints JSON, asi que no hay ni una linea de
logica de cobro nueva: si el cobro esta bien para la API, esta bien aqui.
