`GET /categories`

## Request

Returns all active categories with API counts, tags, trending status, descriptions, and image URLs.

    - `description` string: Category description
    - `imageUrl` string, uri, nullable: Banner/image URL
    - `apiCount` integer: Number of published APIs in this category
    - `tags` string[]: Searchable tags
    - `isTrending` boolean: Whether this category is currently trending
