`POST /api/v1/scheduler/posts`

## Request

**Plan: Pro & Pro+ (Post scheduler).** Queue a new Instagram post for future publishing. Upload media first via `/api/v1/scheduler/upload-url` and reference the returned URL. Optional `userTags` (up to 20 Instagram usernames) mentions accounts on feed images, Reels and stories; story stickers (link, poll, location, music) are not supported by Instagram's API.
