# Download a support bundle.

`GET /supportbundle/{bundle_id}/download`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.replicated.com/vendor/v3`
- URL: `https://api.replicated.com/vendor/v3/supportbundle/{bundle_id}/download`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Returns a 302 redirect to a presigned S3 download URL for the support bundle.
Pass ?redirect=false to receive the URL as JSON instead of a redirect.

Required RBAC Policy: kots/app/[:appid]/supportbundle/read

## Path parameters

- `bundle_id` string, required

## Response `200`

DownloadSupportBundleURLResponse contains the download URL response when redirect=false.

## Other responses

- `302`: Redirect to presigned S3 URL
- `400`: Returned on bad input
- `401`: Return if the caller is not authorized
- `403`: Returned if the caller does not have the needed permission
- `404`: Returned on resource not found
