# Fund your wallet with USDC on Base (x402)

`POST /api/x402/wallet/deposit`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Deposit with x402; see https://rentahuman.ai/docs/x402. Without a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header the response is 402 with payment requirements for amountCents. Credited 1:1 as spendable balance, once per on-chain transaction.

## Response `200`

Wallet credited.

## Other responses

- `202`: Settlement under review. Do not retry with a new payment.
- `402`: x402 v2 payment requirements, or a definitive settlement failure.
- `409`: This signed payment was already processed.
- `4XX`: Error response.
