# Get Package by ID

`GET /packages/{package_code}`

  - `wwwUpdateDate` string: Date the package page was last updated on the website.
  - `url` string, uri: Public URL of the package page on the Renesas website.
  - `uuid` string: UUID of the package.
  - `title` string: Title/name of the package.
  - `packageType` string: Type classification of the package.
  - `packageName` string: Name used to describe Renesas packages.
  - `category` string, nullable: Package category classification.
  - `class` string, nullable: Package class.
  - `description` string: Descriptive text for this package.
  - `specifications` object: Technical specifications of the package.
    - `leadCount` integer: Total number of leads/pins.
    - `pitch` number: Pin pitch in millimeters.
    - `length` number: Package length in millimeters.
    - `width` number: Package width in millimeters.
    - `thickness` number: Package thickness/height in millimeters.
    - `dimensions` string: Formatted package dimensions string.
    - `peakReflowTemp` number, nullable: Peak reflow temperature in °C.
    - `jeitaStandard` string, nullable: The JEITA standard to which the device is compliant.
    - `mark` string, nullable: Package mark/marking information.
  - `packageStatus` 'Active' | 'Inactive': Current status of the package.
  - `regulatory` object: Regulatory and compliance information.
    - `leadFree` 'Yes' | 'No': Lead-free compliance status.
    - `pbFreeCategory` string, nullable: Lead-free category classification.
  - `tubeOrTray` string, nullable: Packaging carrier type (tube/tray).
  - `previousCode` string, nullable: Package code maintained as part of the Renesas and Intersil merger.
  - `images` string[]: Array of image URLs for the package.
  - `chipImage` string, uri: URL of the chip image for this package.
  - `relatedDocuments` object[]: List of related document identifiers.
    - `agileId` string: Agile ID of the document.
    - `dcpDocumentId` string, nullable: DCP Document ID, if applicable.
    - `title` string: Document title.
    - `type` string: Document type.
    - `language` string: Document language.
    - `href` string, uri: Public URL of the document file.

## Other responses
