`GET /documents/download/{dcp_id}`

The document file associated with the given DCP Document ID is returned in the response body. The file format varies by document (see `fileType` on the Document resource, e.g. `PDF`, `ZIP`). JSON metadata is not included in this response.

The document file, in its original format.
