# Plan and quota usage

`GET /user/limits`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://rendry.io/api/v1`
- URL: `https://rendry.io/api/v1/user/limits`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Current plan, credit balance, template and asset slots used vs limits. Works with an API key — agents check the balance here, because credits are what a render fails on.

  - `plan` string
  - `email` string
  - `presets` object
    - `used` integer
    - `limit` integer
  - `assets` object
    - `used` integer
    - `limit` integer
  - `upgrade_url` string: Legacy alias of packages_url.
  - `credits` object: Credit balance — the only thing a render actually fails on.
    - `balance` number
    - `spent_on_renders` number
    - `grant_withheld` boolean: Starter credits are held until the email is confirmed.
  - `packages_url` string: Where to buy credits.
  - `email_verified` boolean

- `401`: Missing/invalid credentials
