# Render a published template by its public link (no key)

`GET /u/{token}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://rendry.io`
- URL: `https://rendry.io/u/{token}`
- Auth: none required

The URL POST /presets/{id}/share issued. Anyone may fetch it; template variables travel as query parameters (the share reply's `example` shows the template's own) and every new combination is rendered once, then served from cache. Spending is bounded by the link's daily_render_budget of NEW pictures a day; past it the door answers 429 url_link_budget_exhausted, charges nothing and keeps serving cached variants. Rate-limited by IP.

- `400`: A variable value the template refuses (the error names it)
- `404`: No template behind this token, or its link was disabled
- `429`: The link's daily budget of new pictures is spent (`url_link_budget_exhausted`), or too many requests from this address; cached variants keep working
- `503`: The render or the budget check is unavailable right now
