`GET /files/{fileId}`

- StoredFile: Probe results, populated once the file is stored.

  - `mime_type` string, nullable
  - `width` integer, nullable

  - `bitrate_video_kb` number, nullable
  - `bitrate_audio_kb` number, nullable

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded — retry after the `Retry-After` interval
