    - `url` string, required
    - `name` string, required
    - `secret` string, required
    - `enabled` boolean, required
    - `eventFilter` EventType[], required — The event types that will trigger the webhook. An empty list means all event types will trigger the webhook. — unresolved $ref
  - `cursor` string, required

## Other responses

- `400` — The request could not be understood by the server.
- `401` — Authorization information is missing or invalid.
- `404` — Unable to find the requested resource.
- `429` — Rate limit has been surpassed.
- `500` — An unexpected server error has occurred.
- `503` — Server currently unavailable.
