# Get employment contract pending changes

`GET /v1/employment-contracts/{employment_id}/pending-changes`

Get all the pending changes (waiting for aproval or signature) for the employment contract.

## Authentication

This endpoint accepts any one of the following token types:

- **Company-scoped access token** (`OAuth2AuthorizationCode`) — obtained by a company manager through the Authorization Code flow or the Refresh Token flow. See [Authentication for partners](https://developer.remote.com/docs/authentication-for-partners).
- **Company-scoped access token (assertion)** (`OAuth2CompanyManagerAssertion`) — obtained through the `urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:jwt-bearer` grant for a company manager. See [OAuth Assertion](https://developer.remote.com/docs/authorization-method-oauth-assertion).
- **Customer API token** (`CustomerAPIToken`) — generated by the customer on their Integration Settings page, with the scopes they choose there. See [Authorization for customers](https://developer.remote.com/docs/authorization-for-customers).

## Scopes

Any one of the scopes in a token type's row is enough. `all:read` and `all:write` work too.

    - `pending_changes` ContractPendingChanges[], required
      - `changes` object, required: Describes all the changes requested for the contract and contract details with all their previous and current values. Its properties may vary depending on the country.
      - `contract_id` string, required
      - `effective_at` string, date-time, required: UTC date time in [ISO 8601][] format. [ISO 8601]: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601
      - `pending_action_for_activation` boolean: Indicates if the contract is pending an action to be activated when effective_at is reached. If true, it means that an action needs to be performed, either a verification by Remote or a signature from the employer or the employee. If false, then the contract will be active when effective_at is reached.
