  - `company_structure_node_id` string, required: The unique identifier of the company structure node.
  - `employment_id` string, required: The unique identifier of the related employment.
  - `event_type` string, required: The webhook event type identifier.

## Acknowledgement `2XX`

Any 200 response confirms that the webhook was delivered.
