# Homeowner Contract Details

`GET /v0/homeowner-contract`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.remihq.com`

- Auth: API key in header `x-remi-key`

Get homeowner contract status and related dates for a bid request. Returns signature status, sent date, signed date, and other contract-related information.

## Query parameters

- `id` string, required: Unique identifier of the bid request
- `organizationId` string: Organization to which the bid request belongs

## Response `200`

Contract status retrieved successfully

- object: Response containing contract status and date information
  - `status` 'completed' | 'voided' | 'draft' | 'sent' | 'viewed' | 'uploaded' | 'declined', required: Status of the Home Improvement Contract (HIC) - whether it has been signed or not
  - `sentDate` string, nullable, required: The date and time the HIC was sent to the homeowner
  - `signedDate` string, nullable, required: The date and time the HIC was signed by the homeowner
  - `lastViewedDate` string, nullable, required: The date and time the HIC was last viewed by the homeowner
  - `createdDate` string, required: The date and time the resource was created
  - `expiresDate` string, nullable, required: The date and time the HIC will expire

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `500`: Internal Server Error
