# Full-text search newsletter issues

`GET /api/search/issues`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.reletter.com`
- URL: `https://api.reletter.com/api/search/issues`
- Auth: API key in header `x-reletter-api-key`

Search the body and titles of every indexed issue. Filters apply to the parent publication, so issue search can be scoped to e.g. active English newsletters over 5k subscribers.

- `query` string, required
- `highlight` boolean
- `threshold` integer
- `page` integer
- `per_page` integer
- `filters` string

## Response `200`

Success.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error, or quota exhausted (`code: bundle_exhausted`).
- `401`: API key is missing, unknown or inactive.
- `429`: Burst limit exceeded (`api_rate_limited`).
