`GET /api/links/most-cited`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `x-reletter-api-key`

The weekly, monthly and yearly periods for which a most-cited-links list exists, newest first, keyed by period.

## Response `200`

Success.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error, or quota exhausted (`code: bundle_exhausted`).
- `401`: API key is missing, unknown or inactive.
- `429`: Burst limit exceeded (`api_rate_limited`).
