`GET /api/charts/{platform}/{category}`

Publications ranked for a platform and category, in rank order.

## Path parameters

Success.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error, or quota exhausted (`code: bundle_exhausted`).
- `401`: API key is missing, unknown or inactive.
- `429`: Burst limit exceeded (`api_rate_limited`).
