List the cryptocurrencies accepted for top-ups and the minimum order size for each. Call this before creating a checkout.

What the dashboard needs to render the checkout (public). Each currency carries its own `min_usd`
(NOWPayments' per-coin network minimum) so the UI can validate before submit instead of surfacing a
provider "too small" only after the user clicks Continue.
