# Send a project idea to RegusciLabs to start discovery. Requires the person's explicit approval and contact details. Validate with dryRun:true first. Does not subscribe the person. Live submissions send a team notification and attempt CRM storage. Save an idempotencyKey before sending and reuse it with identical input for retries within 7 days; never retry an uncertain action with a new key.

  - `dryRun` boolean: Defaults to true: validate only, with no delivery or storage. Set false only for an approved live submission.
  - `confirmed` boolean: Set true only after the person explicitly approves sending these details to RegusciLabs.

## Response `200`

Typed result. Search, latest-news and curated-social-activity lists may return nextCursor (null at the end); reuse it with unchanged filters. Social activity is editorial, not live, with null dates when unverified. Validation always has submitted:false.
