Compatibility alias for the v1 endpoint; no removal is scheduled.

## Response `200`

Typed result. Search, latest-news and curated-social-activity lists may return nextCursor (null at the end); reuse it with unchanged filters. Social activity is editorial, not live, with null dates when unverified. Validation always has submitted:false.
