- TaskFieldsSuggestionContext: Everything the `task-fields-suggester` agent needs to fetch the norm text and company profile itself from S3 (`company_uuid`/`content_uuid`, same bucket/key convention as `set_relevance`) plus the two DB-only facts it cannot get from S3: which área this Task is for, and the norm's own effective date.
