`GET /api/sectors/{sector_uuid}`

## Request

Get a specific sector by UUID.

Args:
    sector_uuid: UUID of the sector to retrieve
    include_deleted: Whether to include soft-deleted sectors

Returns:
    Sector instance

- `include_deleted` boolean: Include soft-deleted sectors in the results
