# List Events

`GET /api/events/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.regdoor.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.regdoor.com/api/events/`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List all events.

Args:
    type: Optional filter by event type (case insensitive exact match)
    organization_uuid: Optional filter by organization UUID
    search: Optional search by event name (case insensitive partial match)
    selected: Optional filter to events selected for the company via events_companies
    company_uuid: Company context for selected / collection filters and response
    collection_list: Optional filter by collection name(s)
    country_id: Optional filter by organization jurisdiction (country_id)
    contact_list: Optional filter by people (contact UUIDs) in the bill snapshot
    sort_by: Optional sort field
    sort_order: Optional sort order

Returns:
    Paginated list of Event instances

## Query parameters

- `type` string, nullable: Filter by event type (case insensitive)
- `organization_uuid` string, uuid, nullable: Filter by organization UUID
- `search` string, nullable: Search by event name (case insensitive partial match)
- `selected` boolean: When true with company_uuid, only events selected for the company
- `company_uuid` string, uuid, nullable: Company context for selected filter and collections
- `collection_list` string[]: Filter by collection name(s). Can specify multiple times.
- `group_uuid` string[]: Filter by area (group) via collections owned by these groups.
- `country_id` integer[], nullable: Filter by organization jurisdiction (country_id). Can specify multiple times.
- `contact_list` string[], nullable: Filter by people (contact UUIDs) in the bill snapshot (sponsor, co-sponsor, rapporteur, author, members). Can specify multiple times.
- `sort_by` 'released_at' | 'created_at' | 'name' | 'type', nullable: Sort by field: released_at, created_at, name, type
- `sort_order` 'asc' | 'desc', nullable: Sort order (asc or desc)
- `page` integer: Page number
- `size` integer: Page size
