  - `name` string, required
  - `short_name` string, nullable
  - `country_id` integer, required
  - `custom_fields` object, nullable
  - `custom_prompts` object, nullable
  - `profile` object, nullable
  - `first_user` FirstUserCreate: Payload to create the first user when creating a company. Temporary password is always generated server-side; the user sets a new password on first sign-in (Cognito flow unchanged).
