# Subscribe a URL to events

`POST /outgoing-webhooks`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://refgrow.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://refgrow.com/api/v1/outgoing-webhooks`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Used by Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and custom integrations to receive real-time events. Payloads are HMAC-SHA256 signed; the signing secret is in the response.

## Request body

- object
  - `url` string, uri, required
  - `events` string[], required
  - `secret` string: Optional. We generate one if omitted.

## Response `201`
