`GET /workspaces/{workspace_id}/carousels/{carousel_id}/download`

Stream all generated slides of a carousel as a single ZIP of JPEGs.

Built server-side (boto3) so the browser never has to fetch S3 objects
itself (no CORS / Buffer concerns).
