One-click unsubscribe from a single email type.

A GET that mutates, deliberately: RFC 8058 one-click and every mail client's
unsubscribe affordance land here without a session, and the token is the
capability. Scoped to one `type` so unsubscribing from the weekly digest
never silences a publish-failure alert.
